1、轉動部分是故障多發部位，應按時加注潤滑脂，并經常檢查磨損情況，及時修理更換。

2、保障液壓油清潔，流動式攪拌機工作環境惡劣，一定要防止污水泥沙進入液壓系統。液壓油要按使用手冊要求定期更換。一旦檢查時發現液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機清洗液壓系統、更換液壓油。

2. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean, and the working environment of the mobile mixer is harsh. It is necessary to prevent the dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be changed regularly according to the manual. Once the hydraulic oil is found to be mixed with water or sediment, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.

3、保障液壓油冷卻裝置有效。要定時清理液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵塞，檢查散熱器電動風扇運轉是否正常，防止液壓油溫度超標。
