1.應該保養自動上料攪拌罐罐體，每次運完混凝土后及進清洗罐，要知道混凝土是更容易和鋼鐵粘結在一起的。

2.出料的均勻性問題是自動上料攪拌罐的一個重要指標之一，它直接影響著施工質量。在運送混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速應節制在2~5r/min，在運送間隔較長可能混凝土的塌落度較大時，出料前應先將攪拌筒快速動彈5~10圈，使內里的混凝土能充實攪拌，這樣出料的勻稱性就會大大提高。若途中混凝失水，到工地應加水調解，并充實攪拌，雖然這種環境應只管制止，但是這樣會使混凝土的質量得不到擔保。有的用戶在利用時不留意節制在運輸歷程中的轉速，過快會增大燃油的耗損，過小則會造成混凝土離析。因此應嚴格根據要求來節制攪拌筒的轉速，以提高混凝土運送質量。

If water loss occurs in the process of coagulation, water should be added to the site for mediation and full mixing. 3.混凝土限量不能高出罐體的方量，因為混凝土強度品級差別它的密度也差別，高強度混凝土一般密度也大，同樣的體積，裝多了對車會有一定損壞。輸送混凝土的容量、質量及坍落度應切合車輛利用說明書中的規定，實時加注潤滑油。

High strength concrete generally has a large density, and the same volume will cause certain damage to the car if it is loaded too much. 4.露天停放過的自動上料攪拌罐，裝料前應先將攪拌筒以出料偏向旋轉，把水泥罐內的積水放掉，確保運送混凝土的質量。
